While in the lobby I’m able to order little Kaden his favorite appetizer of mozzarella cheese sticks while his sister Katlin chose chips with artichoke dip. We all know how difficult it can be for a family with hungry children waiting for a table. Happy hour appetizers during our wait helps make the 45-minutes far more enjoyable to us and all the while each purchase makes it way to the register from the moment a consumer is LYNC’d in until they are finished with their dining experience. As our family enjoys our appetizers we’re also able to take a couple of minutes and browse through the current specials for this Friday night so that whenever our table becomes available we will have 4 waters, martini and glass of house blush waiting for us as I’ve requested on my LYNC xp App.

Our waiter has also been notified that we are interested in tonight’s specials allowing him more time to guide us through the specials and the menu. Now, don’t forget LYNC is not technology meant to replace the human touch but rather a tool to help encourage and enrich human connection within these transactions by taking care of the mundane tasks such as the request of refilling drinks and paying a bill. If we waited for 45 minutes for our seat but had the ability to choose how to utilize that time, our main course meals came in a timely manner, it opens up more time for the consumer and gives an environment for the adults to enjoy the glass of their favorite wine or beverage from the bar.
